You can unlock the felled hideout by exploring the endgame map and doing a full clear when you find it. Once you have it, set your hideout to the felled hideout (talk to Alva), then download and import the hideout file, and that's it.
Keep in mind that this hideout uses MTX from the Dreadnought hideout, which you can get by purchasing the King of the Faridun early access supporter pack. You can still use the hideout without it, but some pieces will be missing (most notably all the lights).
